We aim to contribute to a better South Africa by employing local people, and working with suppliers that create jobs and care for the environment. For each client, we contribute to Trees for Tourism, an initiative that plants indigenous trees that not only help alleviate carbon dioxide, but also enhance biodiversity protecting the area from erosion and wild fire. We also support a number of charities in South Africa. These are the organisations that are particularly close to our hearts:
Pinocchio Creche provides early childhood development for the children of domestic workers in the Sea Point area. Philani provides maternal and child health and nutrition programmes in Cape Town’s townships.
